  • Promoting Confidence and Discipline: Volunteers will help athletes grow not only as players but also as individuals through encouragement, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Encouraging Gender Equality: By supporting both boys’ and girls’ teams, volunteers help break gender barriers and promote inclusion in sports.
  • Fostering Leadership and Teamwork: Young players gain communication, coordination, and leadership skills essential for their personal and community development.
  • Extending Mentorship Beyond Sports: Volunteers serve as positive role models, providing motivation, life skills, and confidence that last long after the program ends.

In this project, volunteers will actively participate and lead the following activities:

  • Assisting in coaching and training sessions for boys’ (about 15 players) and girls’ (about 38 players) soccer teams.
  • Leading warm-ups, drills, and match preparation (for those with sports/coaching experience).
  • Serving as motivational mentors to help young athletes build confidence, discipline, and life skills.
  • Organizing team-building exercises, leadership games, and fitness routines.
  • Supporting local coaches and community members in managing friendly matches or tournaments.
  • Choosing between a coaching-focused role or a motivation-focused role depending on your experience and comfort level.
  • Bringing enthusiasm, teamwork, and encouragement — no prior coaching experience required, just a love for youth empowerment through sport.
