VTTW offers 40 programs across Thailand, Nepal, Kenya, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Seychelles, India, the Philippines and South Africa. Company-group availability is confirmed individually because not every program is suitable for every group.

Inclusions vary by itinerary. The custom proposal will clearly identify the activities, support and logistics included, as well as items the company must arrange separately.

Yes, VTTW can assist with accommodation, meals and local transportation when these services form part of the agreed package.

Many activities do not require previous experience. Specialized programs may require particular qualifications, skills or physical abilities, which will be explained before confirmation.

Where a local partner has an appropriate need, VTTW can explore skills-based activities. The final match depends on suitability, timing and partner priorities.

Every VTTW international program includes 24-hour emergency support. Program-specific preparation, local contacts and applicable safety information are provided before departure.

Every participant automatically receives a completion certificate. Any company certificate, volunteer-hours record or post-trip summary will be confirmed in the custom proposal.

Photography and company use of images must respect participant, community and local partner consent. VTTW will clarify the applicable permissions for each experience.

Companies should inquire as early as possible, especially for international trips or larger groups. Planning time depends on destination, group size, dates and the complexity of the itinerary.

VTTW will work with your company to identify the best available alternative based on your objectives, group requirements and local partner capacity.

Deposits and program payments are non-refundable. Eligible amounts may be applied as VTTW program credit, which remains valid for up to two years, subject to the applicable terms and availability.
