Volunteers stay in on-site concrete bungalows within walking distance of the Wildlife Rescue Center.
● 2–3 volunteers per room (same gender, couples, and friends can share rooms).
● Rooms include fans, mosquito nets, bedding, and private/shared bathrooms.
● Western toilets and cold showers available; hot showers in a shared facility.
● Laundry service and small convenience shop available on-site.
All meals are prepared fresh by the local kitchen team.
● Breakfast: Bread, eggs, fruit, pancakes, tea, and coffee.
● Lunch & Dinner: Thai and international dishes served buffet-style, with clear labeling for meat, vegetarian, and vegan options.
● Clean drinking water available throughout the day.
The Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) was founded in 2001 to rescue and rehabilitate wildlife affected by the illegal trade, deforestation, and exploitation. WFFT provides sanctuary to elephants, gibbons, macaques, bears, birds, and other species unable to return to the wild. WFFT’s mission includes:
● Rescuing and caring for abused or displaced wild animals.
● Promoting ethical, cruelty-free tourism.
● Raising awareness about wildlife trafficking and exploitation.
● Rehabilitating and releasing suitable animals back into protected areas.
● Engaging local communities in conservation and reforestation initiatives.
● English-speaking volunteer coordinators available daily.

● Weekly meetings for feedback and updates.
● 24/7 emergency support and assistance.
● Warm, humid weather — physical activity is required daily.
● Basic accommodation with limited luxury amenities.
● Strict no-contact policy with animals to maintain ethical standards.
