empowering youth, women, and communities through skill development,

● · Monitoring & Feedback: Track student progress, collect
feedback, and help assess the effectiveness of programs.
● · Assessment & Streamlining: Help design and streamline
assessment tools, track learning outcomes, and ensure smooth
evaluation processes.
● · Technology Support: Assist with digital tools, online learning
platforms, and data management systems to improve program
delivery.
● · Outcome Mapping & Reporting: Map program outcomes,
analyse impact data, and contribute to reporting for stakeholders and
donors.
● · Administrative Support: Maintain documentation, records, and
reports for smooth operations.
● · Fundraising & Outreach: Plan , implement and support
fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and awareness initiatives
to sustain programs.

  – · Educational Background: Minimum high school education;
  preference for college students, graduates, or professionals
  depending on the role.
  – · Skills & Expertise: Relevant skills in teaching, mentoring,
  counselling, administration, technology, or fundraising.
  – · Commitment: Ability to dedicate 1 year full time
  – · Communication Skills able to clearly express ideas, listen
  actively, and interact effectively with students, communities, and team
  members.
  – · Adaptability & Teamwork: Willingness to work in diverse
  communities, collaborate with staff and other volunteers, and handle
  challenges positively.
  – · Technology Literacy: Comfortable using digital tools, online
  platforms, and basic data entry (for tech or monitoring roles).
  – · Ethical Conduct & Reliability: Maintain confidentiality,
  respect participants’ privacy, and follow organizational guidelines.

• Program Fees and Inclusions Information:
  50,000 per month (per volunteer)
  What the fee covers:
  50,000 INR (per month)
  ● Housing (accommodation during the volunteering period).
  ● Food (3 meals per day).
  ● Local travel expenses between the place of residence, office, and field
  locations.
  ● Certificate of Volunteer Service and Letter of Recommendation.
  ● Training sessions provided periodically to build the volunteer’s skills and
  capacity.
  What the fee does not cover:
  ● International flights.
  ● Visa fees.
  ● Travel insurance.
  ● Personal expenses (shopping, souvenirs, snacks outside
  program-provided meals) etc.
  ● Optional excursions, tours, or recreational activities.
  ● Additional meals or accommodation
  ● Medical expenses
  ● Personal phone/internet usage or mobile SIM costs.
  ● Laundry or dry-cleaning costs.
  ● Any emergency expenses unrelated to program support.
  ● Transportation beyond the local travel included in the program.
  ● Costs for family members or guests accompanying the volunteer.
